I rock out on my runs. I know a lot of people prefer to run without an iPod/iPhone, and sometimes I enjoy that (like chatting/running with my mom) but for the most part, I like jammin out while I run...kinda like this:

10. Pretty Girls - Iyaz feat Travie McCoy - I just found this song and I love it! I feel like this would have been in Sex and the City if it was still on.
